Carapils Grain Cracked – 150g

Carapils is a specialty grain used to boost head retention, enhance mouthfeel, and improve foam stability without adding color or altering the flavor profile of your beer. It’s ideal for refining lagers, pale ales, and any brew where clarity and body are key.

Usage Instructions:

  1. Add 150 g of cracked Carapils grain to 1 litre of boiling water in a jug.

  2. Steep for 15–20 minutes.

  3. Strain the liquid into your fermenter.

  4. Rinse the grain with cold water and pour the rinse into the fermenter.

  5. Discard the spent grain — do not add it to the fermenter.

Excellent for improving structure in lighter styles or smoothing out the finish in any brew.
