Essencia Super 6 yeast is the cleanest and most efficient yeast on the market. The yeast is fast and will typically ferment out in 7 days. Like with any fast yeast, we do however recommend letting it go for 10-12 days as this will allow the yeast to eat as much of the dextrose/sugar as possible, in turn creating as much alcohol as it can.

Essencia Super 6 has the least amount of yeast nutrient in comparison with your standard turbo yeasts. Yeast nutrient is what gives turbo yeasts the added volume and fast fermentation periods. This Super 6 Ultra yeast is high quality and does not need the added nutrients to be effective. Being of a more pure strain the end result is a cleaner wash and end product.

Basically, the better quality ingredients you use, the better quality product you end up with!
