Great Northern Super Crisp Lager Clone Recipe Kit

This recipe is an Aussie Brewmakers take on the ever popular Great Northern Super Crisp Lager. This recipe is another great introduction to experimenting with hops and dry enzyme for the beginner or ‘tin kit’ brewer.

Full step by step brewing instructions included

Supplied Kit Ingredients:

• 1×1.7 kg Coopers Series Crown Lager (or alternate Lager Kit if unavailable)
• 1×1.5kg Morgan’s Master Malts Beer Enhancer (Extra Pale)
• 1x11g MJ’s M54 Californian Lager Yeast (or alternate Premium Lager Yeast if unavailable)
• 1x12g Cluster Finishing Hops
• 1x3g Dry Enzyme

Other Ingredients:

• Additional 200g of Dextrose if kegging with no secondary fermentation (not supplied)
