Mangrove Jack’s Apple Cider Kit makes a traditional sparkling Apple Cider. Light and refreshing.

Makes 23 litres.

This cider kit comes in the latest Duo-pack foil pouch. Each pouch is cold filled using the latest nitrogen technology to provide the ultimate contamination protection.

The low temperature process retains the delicate flavours and aromas traditionally lost during the pasteurisation of cans by prolonged heating and hot filling.

This kit contains only the finest quality fruit concentrates, gently processed to avoid stale burnt flavours.

It also includes a newly available Cider Yeast that will produce the freshest, crisp and clean cider possible.

IMPORTANT: This cider must be bottled as soon as fermentation is complete.

Want to take your cider to the next level? By simply swapping out the dextrose in your regular cider recipe, for this cider enhancer you will produce a far superior end result!  A cider that you’ll be happy to serve to your friends.
