Wheat Grain Cracked 150g
Cracked wheat grain is an excellent addition to your brew, even in small amounts. It enhances head retention and improves foam stability, making it a popular choice for a variety of beer styles.
Usage Instructions:

Add 150 g of cracked wheat grain to 1 litre of boiling water in a heatproof jug.

Steep for 15–20 minutes.

Strain the liquid into your fermenter.

Rinse the remaining grain with cold water and pour the rinse water into the fermenter.

Discard the spent grain — do not add it to the fermenter.
Ideal for improving mouthfeel and foam in all beer styles, especially wheat beers and pale ales.
