Aussie Brewmakers know you have many options to source your Home Brew Supplies. We want to be your preferred Home Brew Supplier and your partner in brewing. We understand that product availability, price, service and delivery are valued by our customers but we think you deserve more!

In appreciation for supporting our online store as a registered user we have now implemented the Brew Crew Loyalty Program to ensure we can ‘give back’ to our loyal customers and add just that little bit more value. Now the more you spend, the more you earn and the more you can save!

HERE IS HOW THE BREW CREW LOYALTY PROGRAM WORKS:

  1. Log In or Register

a new account with Aussie Brewmakers

2. You will automatically join the Brew Crew Loyalty Program which can be viewed in the 'My Account' section under 'My Brew Crew Points' of our online store

3. You will now earn Brew Crew Points on every dollar spent

4. Shop our vast selection of Home Brew Supplies and fill your Cart with Home Brew products

5. Earn Brew Crew Points - You will typically earn 1 Brew Crew Point for every 1 dollar spent

6. Accumulate at least 200 Brew Crew Points and redeem them to buy more Home Brew Supplies

Participation and redemption of Brew Crew Points in the Aussie Brewmakers Brew Crew Loyalty Program is subject to acceptance of all Terms & Conditions as detailed below

Brew Crew Loyalty Program T&C's and Further Information

Enrolment into the Brew Crew Loyalty Program is automatic upon registering at our online store. If you are an existing registered user you will already be enrolled in the loyalty program.
The Aussie Brewmakers Brew Crew Loyalty Program will earn registered users Brew Crew Points on every purchase. Typically 1 Brew Crew Point is earned for every $1 spent. You can then redeem Brew Crew Points on future purchases. 200 Brew Crew Points = $5 off at checkout.
There is no minimum spend to participate in the Brew Crew Loyalty Program. Every dollar spent will typically earn 1 Brew Crew Point.
To earn Brew Crew Points you must be an Aussie Brewmakers Registered User and logged in when adding products to the cart and finalising your purchase. If you are a Guest User or not logged in then Brew Crew Points cannot be earned.
You can redeem Brew Crew Points during checkout. On the checkout page you will be shown an option to apply your Brew Crew Points to your purchase if you have accumulated a minimum of 200 points. In addition, via the ‘My Account’ section under ‘My Brew Crew Points’ you can redeem your Brew Crew points for a Coupon that can then be used against further purchases.
If you register as a user and log in to our website before adding products to the Cart, you can then redeem the 200 Brew Crew Points you received, on your first order. Please Note: If you have added products to the Cart and are not registered, then proceed to Checkout and tick the Create Account button during the checkout process, the 200 Brew Crew Points from registration will only be available for future purchases.

You will need to accumulate a minimum of 200 Brew Crew Points before you can redeem the points against a purchase.

There is no maximum limit on the amount of Brew Crew Points you can accumulate.
Once you are logged in to your account you can view your Brew Crew Points balance under the ‘My Account’ then ‘My Brew Crew Points’ section of our online store.
All products purchased will earn Brew Crew Points.
All products can be purchased with Brew Crew Points redeemed by Registered Users as long as at least 200 Brew Crew Points have been accumulated.
You will still earn Brew Crew Points on a purchase where you are redeeming existing Brew Crew Points if you are a registered user and logged in to your account.
Brew Crew Points expire 365 days after they have been earned. If you convert your Brew Crew Points to a Coupon in your account then the 365 day expiry will reset from the conversion date.
Brew Crew Points cannot be redeemed for cash. Brew Crew Points can only be applied as a discount to online purchases made by registered users who are logged into their account
Enrolment in the Brew Crew Loyalty program is automatic when you register as a user on our website. If you are an existing registered user of our website prior to the launch of the program you will have been automatically enrolled. You cannot opt out of the Brew Crew Loyalty Program as the functionality is embedded in the Registered User data on our website. If you do not want to participate in the Brew Crew Loyalty Program you do not have to redeem your accumulated Brew Crew Points and you can let them expire.

Aussie Brewmakers retains the right to amend or cancel the Brew Crew Loyalty Program at its discretion subject to the following conditions:

  1. If we amend the minimum redemption point threshold we will provide all registered users a minimum of 30 days notice via email prior to executing the amendment
  2. If we cancel the Brew Crew Loyalty Program we will provide all registered users a minimum of 30 days notice via email so they have an opportunity to redeem accumulated points prior to the program cancellation.
  3. If we amend the Brew Crew Point earn ratio per dollar spend no notice period will be provided and the amendment will be effective immediately.
