This Privacy Policy explains how Lukuma Pty Ltd t/a Aussie Brewmakers (“Aussie Brewmakers”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, discloses and protects your personal information when you visit or purchase from aussiebrewmakers.com.au. Payments

When you submit your order you are directed to our secure payment gateway, which establishes an encrypted (SSL/TLS) connection to protect your information in transit. We do not store your full card number. The only information we pass to the gateway is your order total and a session identifier; your card details are exchanged directly between you and the gateway.

Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information and review our practices regularly.

Data retention

If your account is closed, we retain account details for up to 6 months to follow up on prior orders and resolve discrepancies. Order records are retained for up to 7 years, or longer where required by law (for example, tax and consumer-law obligations).
