Mixing Instructions (Overview)

1. Add 7.5 L of 30°C water to your sanitised Air Still fermenter
2. Dissolve 2.4 kg dextrose
3. Add Turbo Yeast & Nutrient
4. Add Turbo Carbon and mix well
5. Ferment for 7 days at 18–24°C
6. Check fermentation has finished (SG ≤ 0.990)
7. Degas and clear using Turbo Clear Parts A & B
8. After 24 hours you will have 8 L of clear wash ready for distilling

• Pure Turbo Yeast: yeast nutrients, bentonite, dried yeast (contains emulsifier E491), activated silicone dioxide, antifoaming agent, vitamins, minerals
