Asahi Black Super Dry Recipe Kit
This extract recipe is our take on the popular Asahi Super Dry Black Lager style of beer.
This dry Japanese style dark lager has an initial deep rich malt hit without the bitterness of traditional dark beers that fades to a crisp finish on the back of the Saaz hop addition. If you like the Asahi commercial offering then this kit will produce a Japanese dark lager in the same style and will be sure to please. This recipe is another great introduction to experimenting with hops, wet malts and steeping grains for the beginner or intermediate brewer who wants to take their tin kit brewing to the next level.

- Saaz Finishing Hops (dry hopped)
- Dry Enzyme
- M54 Californian Lager Yeast (warm ferment lager yeast)
Other Ingredients:
200g of Dextrose if kegging with no secondary fermentation (not supplied)
