This Single Vessel All-Grain recipe is our version of the iconic Victoria Bitter.

We know that VB is not everyone’s favourite beer, especially among our all grain brewing customers however; it is one of those beers that many seek to brew. This Australian style lager fermented warm and clean is true to style and is a crisp clear beer with a low hop and malt profile. The base of Australian Pilsner malt along with a healthy addition of cane sugar in the boil defines the style. This beer when brewed correctly is a perfect session beer for those who can’t stand or want a change from the hoppy APA, IPA’s or that ‘craft beer taste’. A very popular recipe. Enjoy!
