Chocolate Milk Stout Recipe Kit

This recipe is a rich full flavoured Chocolate Milk Stout. Roasted Malts combined with Lactose and steeped Cacao Nibs that give this beer its distinctive flavour. This recipe is a great introduction to experimenting with hops, steeping and wet malts for the beginner or ‘kit tin’ brewer.

Supplied Kit Ingredients:

• 1×1.7kg Morgan’s Special Kettled Dockside Stout
• 1×1.5kg Dark Malt Liquid Extract
• 1x300g Lactose Powder (Milk Sugar) supplied in 500g
• 1x200g Organic Cacao Nibs
• 1x200g Dextrose
• 1x12g Fuggles Finishing Hops
• 1x10g Mangrove Jack’s Craft Series M15 Empire Ale Yeast
• 1xSmall Grain Bag (for Cacao Nibs)

Other Ingredients / Requirements:

• Dextrose if kegging with no secondary fermentation or bottle conditioning
• Sealed container / Jar for steeping Cacao Nibs
• Small Amount of Vodka
