Chocolate Milk Stout Recipe Kit

This recipe is a rich full flavoured Chocolate Milk Stout. Roasted Malts combined with Lactose and steeped Cacao Nibs that give this beer its distinctive flavour. This recipe is a great introduction to experimenting with hops, steeping and wet malts for the beginner or ‘kit tin’ brewer.

1x300g Lactose Powder (Milk Sugar) supplied in 500g
1x200g Organic Cacao Nibs
1x200g Dextrose
1x12g Fuggles Finishing Hops
1x10g Mangrove Jack’s Craft Series M15 Empire Ale Yeast
1xSmall Grain Bag (for Cacao Nibs)

Dextrose if kegging with no secondary fermentation or bottle conditioning
