Description
This Citrus Gin Botanical Kit is an Aussie Brewmakers favourite blend.
This kit will make a fresh citrus style gin with a hint of aniseed. If you like gin such as Patient Wolfe then this is the one for you.
The kit includes 115g of botanicals that is designed to be used with 10L of 40% neutral spirit in a pot still or steeped in 40% neutral spirit to taste.
Botanicals included in the kit:
- Juniper Berries
- Coriander
- Lemon Myrtle
- Angelica Root
- Cardamon Pod
- Bitter Orange
- Star Anise
- Cinnamon
We also recommend using 2 strips of Orange Zest (not supplied) with this kit.
Note: Crush / bruise the botanicals in a mortar & Pestle prior to use.
