Fermcap AT is an anti-foam agent that can be used during fermentation to limit foam and blow-off problems, or added during the boil to reduce the risk of boil-overs.

It will settle out during fermentation, and can be left behind when racking.

Any residual amounts do not affect the finished beer if used in the correct quantities.

Recommended dosage rates are 5-10 drops per 20L batch.
