Slice of Heaven NZ Double IPA All Grain Recipe Kit 23L

This Single Vessel All-Grain recipe is all about those NZ hops!  This banging double IPA screams New Zealand, like bungee jumping, jet boats and the haka! The combination of the Nelson Sauvin, Motueka and Riwaka hops, punch the flavour profile of this IPA into the stratosphere.  You will notice the grapefruit, cumquat, tropical fruits of the Riwaka and Motueka, as well as the smooth bittering and rich fruitiness of the Nelson Sauvin. A true slice of New Zealand goodness!  This flavour packed double IPA is a perfect balance of malty backbone, great bitterness and fruity hops that deliver a heavenly drinking experience. This is a big beer with an ABV of around 8.2%, IBU’s coming in a hefty 80 and an EBC circa 18-19.  Enjoy!

• Malts: 6.45kg Barret Burston Pale Ale, Joe White Vienna, Bestmalz Carapils, Bestmalz Caramunich II, Joe White Crystal
• Hops: 300g Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, Riwaka
• Yeast: 2 x Mangrove Jacks M66 Hophead
• 700g Corn Sugar (Dextrose)
• Kettle Fining: Whirlfloc tablet – use 1/2 only
• Other: 1 x Small Hop / Grain Bag for dry hopping
