Mixing Instructions:

1. Preparation:Ensure the tap is securely fitted to the Air Still Fermenter.Clean and sanitize your fermenter thoroughly.Use a new carbon cartridge for each fermentation, placed in the lid of your Air Still Fermenter to remove fermentation odors.
2. Water Addition:Add 7.5 liters (2.0 US gallons) of water to your fermenter at 30°C (86°F).
3. Sugar Addition:Add 2.4 kg (5.3 lb) dextrose to the water and stir until dissolved.
4. Yeast and Nutrient Addition:Add the Turbo Yeast and Nutrient sachets to the mixture.
5. Carbon Addition:Gently massage the Turbo Carbon sachet and add it to the mix. Stir well.
6. Fermentation:Place the fermenter at room temperature (approximately 18-24°C or 64-75°F) for 7 days or until the wash has stopped bubbling.
7. Fermentation Confirmation:Test the wash with a hydrometer. Fermentation is complete when the Specific Gravity (SG) reading is at or below 990 and has been stable for 2 consecutive days.
8. Clearing the Wash:Stir vigorously to remove all gases. Add Turbo Clear Part A, stir well, and let it stand for 1 hour.Add Turbo Clear Part B while stirring gently. Stop stirring as soon as Part B is fully added to avoid disrupting the clearing process. Let it stand for 24 hours.
9. Final Preparation:Carefully remove the clear wash for distilling.

Outcome:

• Purified Wash: You will have approximately 8 liters (2.1 US gallons) of purified wash ready for distilling.
