While traditional instructions may mention glass fermenters or demijohns, our kit provides two food-grade plastic fermenters, one for primary fermentation and another for racking the wine. Our extensive experience has shown that these plastic fermenters are not only durable but also versatile and easier to maintain compared to their glass counterparts, with no compromise on the quality of the final product.
