This recipe is an Aussie Brewmakers Version of a Australian Blonde Lager.

This style of lager is light golden in colour and does not have the sharp bitterness of its European counterparts. A full-strength golden lager well balanced with the late additions of Cluster and Cascade Hops make this a great session lager that is an easy drinker.This lager will appeal to a wide range of drinkers and is another great introduction to experimenting with hops, wet malts and steeping grains for the beginner or ‘tin kit’ brewer.

Supplied Kit Ingredients:
1 x 7kg Coopers Canadian Blonde
1 x 1.5kg Morgan’s Master Malts Extra Pale LME
1 x 250g Light Dried Malt Extract
1 x 200g Dextrose
1 x 150g Cracked Light Grain (steeped)
1 x 12g    Cluster Finishing Hops (dry hopped)
2 x 2g Cascade Finishing Hops (dry hopped)
1 x 10g M54 Californian Lager Yeast (warm ferment lager yeast)

Other Ingredients:
200g of Dextrose if kegging with no secondary fermentation (not supplied)
