Bent’s Poke Cranking Shaft IPA All Grain Recipe Kit 23L – This Single Vessel All-Grain recipe is our take on the magnificent Crankshaft IPA from the Bentspoke Brewing Co.

This IPA with 325g of hops has a notable floral nose of citrus and pine from the large whirlpool and dry hop additions of Centennial, Citra, Simcoe and Ekuanot hops.

This hop forward beer is typical in style to a West Coast IPA and is balanced by a simple yet prominent malt bill of Ale, Caramel Hell and Caramunich I. Coming in at circa. 5.8% with a moderate IBU of circa. 35.5 it is a sessionable IPA that will appeal to anyone who likes the commercial offering from Bentspoke. Enjoy!
