Simple Brewing Instructions:

1. Sanitize your fermenter and tools.

2. Pour the wort directly from the box into your fermenter.

3. Top up with cold water to 23 litres.

4. Add the included yeast (US-05).

5. Ferment at 18-22°C for 7-10 days.

6. (Optional) Add dry hops in the final 3-5 days.

7. Bottle/keg, carbonate, condition, and enjoy!
