Crafted using predominantly Ale Malt, with additions of Wheat for head retention, Toffee Malt for smooth sweetness, and a hint of Crystal, this brew delivers a satisfying, full flavoured IPA experience.

Whether you love a West Coast IPA, New Zealand IPA, or American Pale Ale, you can customise your brew by adding your favourite dry hops.

Product Specifications:

• Batch Size: 23L

Simple Brewing Instructions:

1. Sanitize your fermenter and tools.

2. Pour the wort directly from the box into your fermenter.

3. Top up with cold water to 23 litres.

4. Add the included yeast (US-05).

5. Ferment at 18-22°C for 7-10 days.

6. (Optional) Add dry hops in the final 3-5 days.

7. Bottle/keg, carbonate, condition, and enjoy!
