This Single Vessel All-Grain recipe is our version of Chocolate Milk Stout brewed to an American style.

This stout has a strong malt backbone with a moderate hit of bitterness at circa. 47 IBU’s to balance out the richness from the Cacao Nibs and Milk Sugar added late in the boil.

A great smooth Stout for drinking in the colder months or anytime of the year for that matter! If you can wait post brewing – lay this one up for a while as it gets better and better with age. Enjoy!

• Yeast: 2 x MJ’s M42 New World Strong Ale
• Kettle Fining: 1 x Whirlfloc Tablet (only use 1/2 tablet)
