This Single Vessel All-Grain recipe is a Hoppy Red Ale that is similar to an American style Amber Ale.

This hop forward beer pairs Centennial hops late in the boil with an Amarillo dry hop. This ale has a Maris Otter base with a good whack of Redback and layered crystal malts.

This is an easy brew day for new and experienced brewers alike. Late boil additions and whirlpooling of Centennial hops provides aromatic pine and floral layers while the Amarillo dry hops give a punchy citrusy finish, giving this brew a depth without sacrificing balance to the strong malt base.

At circa. 5.3% ABV this beer is perfect for enjoying as a slow-drinker or as a session drop with friends. Enjoy!
