This Single Vessel All-Grain recipe is a German style Kolsch, originating from the Cologne (Koln) region.

Like any ale, this beer is fermented with a bottom fermenting strain however like a lager or pilsner, is conditioned at cooler temperatures. The Tettnang noble hops balance against the light malt backbone, producing an easy-drinking beer with a smooth, crisp finish.

A great session beer at circa. 4.9% this will be a crowd favourite anytime of the year. Enjoy!
