Mosaic has been described as being like Citra only more intense, and has citrus, lemon, mango, and tropical fruit characteristics. It has been used in IPA and pale ales but could have a much broader style appeal and worth experimenting.

Alpha Acid: 11.5-12.5% (current crop 12.1%)
