What’s Included in the Premium Pack

1. Pure Distilling Premium Spirit Yeast – 243g (8kg Turbo Yeast)

A high-performance turbo yeast blend optimised for 8 kg sugar or 9 kg dextrose washes.

Features:

Instructions:

1. Clean and sterilise all equipment.
2. Prepare 21 L water at 30°C.
3. Add 8 kg sugar or 9 kg dextrose; stir to dissolve.
4. Add yeast + Spirit Enhancer; stir well.
5. Fit lid and airlock (or leave airlock out for first 2 days if vigorous).
6. Ferment ~10 days at 20–24°C for cleanest results.
7. Check hydrometer:
   • ≥990 = still fermenting
   • ≤990 = fermentation finished

    

8. Add Crystal Clear and prepare for distillation.

2. Pure Distilling Crystal Clear Spirit Wash Finings – 135g

A 2-part fining system designed to clarify a full 25L wash by removing yeast, degassing, and clearing impurities—preventing off-flavours during the boil.

Features:

• Improves clarity
• Minimises foaming during distillation
• Helps produce a smoother, cleaner spirit

Instructions:

1. Stir wash vigorously to remove gas.
2. Add Part A; stir well; rest 1 hour.
3. Add Part B gently; leave 24 hours.
4. Siphon or tap-transfer into your boiler, avoiding yeast sediment.

3. Pure Distilling Spirit Enhancer – Liquid Carbon – 200g

A premium activated carbon treatment designed to remove impurities during fermentation, giving you a noticeably cleaner and smoother final spirit.

Instructions:

1. Massage sachet to remove lumps.
2. Add with Premium Yeast and stir well.
3. Crystal Clear must be used before distilling.
4. Clean carbon residue from fermenter before next use.
