Usage Instructions:

1. Preparation:Remove all debris, food particles, and soil from the surface by pre – flushing, scraping, or soaking. For stubborn debris, use a Sodium Percarbonate solution.
2. Cleaning:Wash the surface thoroughly with detergent and rinse with potable water.
3. Dilution:Mix 1.5ml of StellarSan per 1 litre of water (equivalent to 1oz per 5 gallons). Always add water first to reduce foaming and prevent seal or washer damage from acid exposure.
4. Application:Apply the diluted solution using a mop, cloth, sponge, spray, or by immersion.
5. Sanitising Strength:When diluted correctly, the solution provides:
   • 300 ppm of dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid
   • 780 ppm of phosphoric acid
6. Compatibility:Suitable for: Stainless steel, glass, and most plastic surfaces. Not suitable for: Wood, unglazed porcelain, aluminium, copper, or brass.
