Stone and Wood Cloud Catcher Pale Ale – This Single Vessel All-Grain recipe is our take on the popular pale ale by Stone & Wood.

This robust Pale Ale is firmly bittered and flavoured with generous additions of Galaxy, Enigma and Ella late in the boil, whirlpool and dry hopped. The strong tropical and stone fruit hop profile is perfectly balanced with malt base of Pale, Wheat, Caramel Hell with a touch of Crystal for colour.

This ale comes in at circa. 5% ABV with a firm to moderate bitterness of circa. 32 IBU. Enjoy!

• Kettle Fining: 1 x Whirlfloc Tablet (only use 1/2 tablet)
• Other: 1 x Small Grain Bag / Hop Sock (for dry hop addition)
