This Single Vessel All-Grain recipe is an Australian session style ale. Showcasing the ever-popular Galaxy hops this Session Ale is an easy drinker at 4.2% ABV with minimal bittering at 26.6 IBU’s. To keep the Australian theme on track the Base Malt used in this beer is Barrett Burston Ale Malt with a little German Wheat, Gladfield Biscuit and JW Medium Crystal used to round out the Malt profile / colour. A great summer beer that will quench any thirst after a long hot day without sending you sideways. Enjoy!
