This 2 pack of vanilla beans are Grade B Vanilla Tahitensis and are sustainable grown and harvested in Papua New Guinea.
Vanilla is traditionally used in winter seasonal beers along with newer styles such as Milkshake IPA.
Vanilla Beans can added at the end of the boil or steeped like whirlpool hops post boil.
In addition, brewers often dry hop vanilla beans directly to the fermenter post primary fermentation.
We recommend 2 beans (circa. 5-8g) per 23L batch.
