This Single Vessel All-Grain recipe is our take on a traditional Vienna Lager.

This beer is light on the bittering at circa. 23 IBU’s and has a relatively high ABV for the style at circa. 5.3%. The beer is characterised by its reddish / amber hue and its forward malt profile that is balanced by the restrained boil additions of Hallertauer Mittelfrueh.

A forward malt driven traditional continental lager with a crisp finish. Enjoy!
