Carlton Craft – Carlton Draught All Grain Recipe Kit 23L

This Single Vessel All-Grain recipe is our version of the iconic Carlton Draught. A classic Aussie pub, tap beer that you can now recreate at home. This Australian style lager is true to style and is a crisp clear beer with a low hop and malt profile. The base of Australian malt, along with a dash of Vienna for flavour and colour, provide the backbone.  The addition of Aussie hops in the boil, provide the perfect amount of bitterness.  With an ABV circa 4.9% an EBC of 11.5, it’s bang on.  So if you’re after a fair dinkum, honest Aussie classic draught, then look no further.  Close your eyes, and you can almost see the Clydesdales pulling the keg laden cart.  Enjoy!
