This recipe is our take on the Stone Wood Cloud Catcher Pale Ale from Stone Wood Brewing Co. This robust Pale Ale is firmly bittered and flavoured with a generous 170 grams of hop additions including Galaxy, Enigma and Ella late in the boil, whirlpool and dry hopped. The strong tropical and stone fruit hop profile is perfectly balanced with malt base of Light, Amber & Wheat. This ale comes in at circa. 4.9% ABV with a firm to moderate bitterness of circa. 34 IBU’s. Enjoy!

• Steep Hop Addition (Enigma/Ella/Galaxy)
