Stone & Wood Pacific Ale All Grain Recipe Kit – This Single Vessel All-Grain recipe is our take on the popular Pacific Ale from Stone & Wood Brewing Co.

This American style Pale Ale is single hopped with generous additions of Galaxy late in the boil, whirlpool and dry hopped. The big fruity aroma is perfectly balanced with the Australian malt base of Pale, Wheat with a touch of Crystal for colour.

This golden coloured ale is an easy drinker at 4.6% and with a moderate IBU of circa. 26 this beer will appeal to a wide range of drinkers looking for a sessionable beer. Enjoy!
