This Raspberry Philly Sour Session Ale Recipe Kit presents with a typical golden ale hue, but then surprises and delights the palate with a wonderful raspberry hit, delivering just the right amount of sour, to keep you coming back for more!

With a simple malt bill and the addition of flaked oats for improved mouth feel, this summer session sour is truly easy to drink.   With low to mid IBU’s of circa. 20.3 and colour of 11.6 EBC, this sour comes in with an ABV of circa. 4.6%.  The addition of Amoretti Pure Raspberry Extract provides the magic!  If you love your summer sours, or are keen to try something new and sessionable, that won’t make your face pucker, you won’t go wrong with our take on the fruity sour trend.  Enjoy!

• Joe White Crystal Malt
• Blue Lake Flaked Oats
• Joe White Wheat Malt
• Light Dry Malt Extract
• Boil Hop Addition (Cashmere)
• Steep / Whirlpool Hop Addition (Cashmere)
• 200g Dextrose
• 2 x 11g Wildbrew Philly Sour Yeast
• 2 x 2ml Amoretti Raspberry Pure Extract

Other Ingredients of Raspberry Philly Sour Session Ale Recipe Kit:

• 200g of Dextrose if kegging with no secondary fermentation (not supplied)
• Priming Sugar / Carbonation Drops for bottling (not supplied)
